The Basel Convention Coordinating Centre for the African Region (BCCC-Africa) on the 18-20 January, 2023 organized a training workshop for enforcement agencies and critical stakeholders.
The Basel Convention Coordinating Centre for the African Region organized the inception workshop of the PACE II Pilot Project titled:
“Promoting the use of the Basel Convention technical guidelines on transboundary movements of WEEE and UEEE, and enhancing associated national reporting obligations in Nigeria.”

In February this year the Basel Convention Coordinating Centre for the African Region (BCCC-Africa) was selected among the top 10 finalists for the BE.Innovative Contest. The contest was organized by the Centre for Behaviour & the Environment to develop innovative behavioural solutions to environmental pollution problems.
